Collecting points at Crafty’s

1.      You can collect 1 Crafty’s point per £1 on qualifying spend at Crafty’s store. To collect Crafty’s points on online orders at craftys.uk,  you’ll need to link your Craftys VIP Card and online account – to find out how, please visit https://craftys.uk/info-downloads/craftys-v-i-p

2.      Crafty’s VIP card required at checkout.

3.      Crafty’s points will be credited to the primary Crafty’s cardholder's account within 30 days of purchase.

4.      If goods are returned or an order is cancelled, Crafty’s points, where issued, will be re-claimed.

5.      Purchases made over the phone or via social media are excluded.

6.      Crafty’s points are not available for purchases of Crafty’s Gift Cards.

7.      Only one Crafty’s VIP card may be used per transaction.

8.      Crafty’s Points cannot be collected on any element of a transaction which is paid for by redeeming points. Minimum spend to collect points = £1. From time to time Crafty’s may, offer additional Crafty’s point promotions to selected customers. Additional terms and conditions relevant to that promotion will be included in the promotion communications.  

9.      We reserve the right to withdraw Crafty’s points where not issued in accordance with these terms and conditions, or in error and/or where we suspect fraud.  We reserve the right to reclaim Crafty’s points where we consider goods have been bulk purchased or for onward re-sale.

10. The Crafty’s point collection programme is subject to the Crafty’s collector rules which are set out in the Crafty’s registration pack, brochure and online at https://craftys.uk/info-downloads/craftys-v-i-p. Crafty’s reserve the right to alter or terminate the Crafty’s points offer at any time without the need for prior notice.We reserve the right to amend or cancel these terms and conditions and the Crafty’s offer at any time.

Crafty’s Points Spend

Spending Crafty’s points online

1.      You can spend from 100 (£1.00) to 50,000 (£500) Crafty’s points in one transaction online. Your Crafty’s points can be spent in 100 points/£1.00 increments, unless your purchase is under the £500 maximum points spend limit, when the Nectar points in your account can be used to cover the entire purchase price.

2.      You can spend your Crafty’s points at Crafty’s store and craftys.uk, in 100 points/£1.00 increments. You can spend from 100 (£1.00) to 50,000 (£500) Crafty’s points in one transaction.

3.      To redeem Crafty’s points online you’ll need to link your Crafty's account – please visit https://craftys.uk/info-downloads/craftys-v-i-p/Craftys-VIP-Terms-and-Conditions

4.      Any remaining balance will need to be paid in full. You can pay any remaining balance online with a credit/debit card .

Spending your Crafty's points in-store

1.      You can spend from 100 points (£1.00). You’ll need to spend your points in 100 point/£1.00 increments, unless your purchase is under the £500 maximum points spend limit, when the Crafty’s points in your account can be used to cover the entire purchase price.

2.      You can spend your Crafty’s points at Crafty’s store, craftys.uk, in 100 points/£1.00 increments. You can spend from 100 (£1.00) to 50,000 (£500) Crafty’s points in one transaction. Present your Crafty's VIP card at a staffed till to spend your Crafty’s points (subject to system availability). Any remaining balance will need to be paid in full. You can pay any remaining balance with a credit/debit card and cash. Your Crafty’s VIP balance will be updated immediately. Once you’ve used your Crafty’s points to pay, it is not possible to convert them back into Crafty’s points. See 11.24 below for information about refunds.

3.      Crafty’s points can be only be used by the Crafty’s VIP card holder.

4.      Only one Crafty’s VIP card can be used per transaction.

5.      Goods, services and/or discounts are subject to availability and may change from time to time.

Refunds and cancellations:

1.      Crafty’s reserves the right to issue Crafty’s Gift Cards for items purchased using Crafty’s points which are subsequently returned or cancelled. We'll refund the Crafty’s points portion of your payment as Crafty’s Gift Card (which is only redeemable at Crafty’s). The remainder, where applicable, will be refunded via the original payment method, such as cash or payment card. If you need to return your item to a store for a refund, you’ll need to do this at a staffed till in any Crafty’s store.

2.      Crafty’s VIP cards remain the property of Crafty’s and must be returned on request. Crafty’s rewards are also subject to Crafty’s' own Terms and Conditions.

3.      Crafty’s reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Crafty’s redemption process at any time and without notice.
